Ordering Questions

No, all you need is an email address.
However, creating an account offers many attractive benefits:

  • Your personal information will be saved securely, for a faster, more convenient experience at checkout
  • Un-purchased items will remain in your SHOPPING CART for your next visit
  • Add eye-catching items to your Wishlist
  • Track your order status and history

Simply follow the ‘Lost your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

Go to store from the top navigation menu.

Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to cart’. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout under ‘View Cart’, click “proceed to checkout”

Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. That’s it – we’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.

Before your order is dispatched, simply CONTACT US if you wish to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to Returns & Refunds Policy. We’re unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

Shipping Questions

We ship all parcels with Postal, SF Express or International Express Courier (Shipping way can be selected before checkout.)

Order Handling: 1-2days

Hong Kong and Macao orders: delivery time 2-3 days by SF Express. 

International Orders

We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order. (Shipping method can be selected showing with different costs before checkout) 

Postal: Takes 14-30days (depends on location and current situation)

Express Shipping: Takes 5-7days (depends on location and current situation)

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Sofie et Maurice cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

*Possible shipping delay due to Covid-19 restrictions implemented in different countries.

For International shipment Sofie et Maurice will ship on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis: 

That means we charge the price of the product(s) purchased and the delivery costs included taxes and duties. Therefore you can enjoy easy shopping. For more information, you can visit our terms.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll dispatch it within 2 business days. Delivery takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location and the traffic situation.

We will send you the ordering number from SF Express or Aramex. You can track the parcel on their Website if available.

Pricing and Payment

We are using PayPal as our payment provider. Within Paypal we  accept international Master Card, Visa, American Express

Most of the items start from selecting material, design, production are well managed by our own team to guarantee the quality and provide the most cost effective offer to our consumers.

Returns and Refund

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please ensure your package arrives within the required time frame to process refund, and all returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached with its original packaging. 

Notes: For returned parcel delivery cost will be at buyer’s side.

We are unable to accept returns as customized pieces are created to your specification and taste.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, it needs to meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy

Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:

-Place any unwanted items with original packaging inside the protective bag/box,make sureall tags, product labeling, care instructions, packing bags/boxes are intact.

-the order confirmation number of the online purchases is presented

-Write with big letters “RETURN PARCEL” outside of the box/ parcel.

For International shipment Sofie et Maurice will ship on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. For returned items, shipping cost, taxes and duties are non-refundable. 

Miscellaneous Questions

Yes! If you’re looking to gift someone a Sofie et Maurice voucher, we offer several different value to fit your recipients’ needs. 

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the voucher code and a printable PDF. From there, you can share it with your recipient and they can redeem it whenever they choose (they’ll have up to 1 year to redeem the voucher code).
